Nina, These poses are a good beginning. You should commit to drawings a better head on your gestures - too many of your drawings are 'eggheads;' that is, too basic. You're thinking from your canon of proportion but try to at lease develop the head enough with basic features. It will enhance the gestures and give the drawing more personality.
Also, place these figures in a little bit of their setting.
The weight shift on the top left and bottom drawings are good - work in this direction.
