Nina, The variety in these gestures is nice. Overall, though, I think you should try to focus on the basic lines that constitute the pose, then work into the form from there. These drawings stiffen up too much from a desire to capture the precise pose and proportion... it simply isn't possible - but if you loosen up and describe the overall weight shift and thrust of the limbs, any details you place on the drawing will reinforce the gesture - not weigh it down. Don't bother shading in articles of clothing... when using shading on a fast gesture, save it for value patterns and a simple shadow to ground the figure. Also, think about how feet can ground a dynamic pose - and how hands can accentuate the gesture of the entire arm.
